Group Classes Cancelled until further notice

In order to do our part in slowing the spread of disease and keeping people safe in their homes, I have cancelled the Saturday class until further notice. 

I will be re-evaluating on April 15 so check my website or sign up to my email contact list to receive personal updates.

I am available to teach a limited number of weekly private lessons OUTDOORS at your home or mine.  Please contact me to schedule a class.  Of course these classes will depend on the weather unless you have a covered outdoor space.  Weather cancellations will be rescheduled without charge.

Being outdoors is a great way to build your Qi.  So anytime you can practice on your own in the fresh air and sunshine your will feel a supercharged result in your wellbeing and energy.    Don’t worry if you cannot remember exactly the movements that we practice in classes.   Self Massage, tapping, patting and rubbing all increase Qi flow and benefit your health.  Bouncing gets the Qi moving and Intention and Having Fun are the most important ingredients in the Qi Gung ‘recipe’.  

Videos on my website as well as those found on Google will aid your practice and provide new things to try.  Benefits will come if you continue to play.

One of my Master Teachers says “The only difference between Qi Gong and Yoga is a mountain range.”   so any exercise, stretching, aerobics, Yoga, bicycle riding, jogging, dancing, etc. will benefit you by increasing Qi Flow, blood and lymph circulation and deepening your breathing.
