The Yi Jin Jing is the original form of Qi Gong that Bodhidharma taught to the Monk of the Shaolin Temple in China. It taught the monks how to strengthen their bodies that had grown weak from constant meditation and little exercise. It eventually developed as the foundation to all Martial Arts.
I first took this online course several years ago and found it incredibly well designed and the closest you can get to personal training without having to leave your home.
