I’ve just finished a successful Workshop and Series Class teaching the Primordial/Wuji Form a Qigong.    Eighteen students learned the movements and theory of this beautiful, graceful and powerful form and got a great start in developing a regular practice.   I would like to thank all of the attendees for creating such an amazing group energy.  And hope they share their stories, experiences and transformations.

I will be traveling up to New Jersey to attend a weekend advanced workshop with Dr. Roger Jahnke OMD on Saturday April 21.   So the regular Saturday class at Habitat will be cancelled that week.

** ALSO  the National Qigong Association is holding their Spring Event here in Asheville April 27-29.   They have asked me to be a presenter and speak on Saturday morning April 28 at 8:30am.  You can go to the NQA website to get further information.

On Saturday evening April 28 at 7pm there will be a free event let by Master Ming Ton Gu  and Michael Winn to celebrate National QIGONG and Tai Chi day.   The entire Qigong and Tai Chi community of Asheville

is welcome to participate.   It should be a lot of fun and I hope to see you all there.

My next planned workshop will teach the Yi Jin Jing form.   This is the original set of exercises brought to the Shaolin Temple by Bodhidarma in the year 523.    It is also called the Muscle and Tendon Strengthening Classical Form and is a very dynamic and effective set of 12 movements with each targeting one of the twelve meridians.   VERY POWERFUL.      No date has been set yet, but if you put yourself on my contact list you will be informed in time to reserve a space.

Keep up your excellent pracices and big Qi to all !

Allen
